The seats aren’t like the posh seats I’ve experienced at Hacienda movie theaters, but they are nice enough. I thought the seats were comfortable and the sound system was great. I don’t know about the food, because I didn’t bother purchasing any. This needs to be addressed, because honestly what a turn-​off… people are going to the movies to relax and enjoy - the atmosphere is important. I don’t remember the lobby smelling particularly bad or good… but plug in air-​freshners will go a long way… and I’m sure there are other solutions out there which are worth the expense. The smell… various people have mentioned the «stink» in their reviews.

I know this is challenging to maintain when there are patrons spilling popcorn or what not constantly, but other movie theaters can keep it clean and I’m confident that you can too. The carpet was messy, and needed to be vacuumed. Cologne is not a substitute for deodorant… please address this with your employees… it matters. I know that everyone’s personal hygiene habits are their own, but when you are in a service industry I think it’s extremely important that you wear deodorant so that your BO is not what I think of when I write a Unilocal review 3 months after my visit. My cousin purchased the tickets online, so I’m not sure what that part of the experience was like… but I’m glad the possibility of purchasing tickets ahead of time online exists.
